Mandeville High School
Mandeville High School is a public high school located in Mandeville, Louisiana, United States, a suburban city located thirty miles north of New Orleans. It is part of the St. Tammany Parish Public Schools system. Mandeville High School is a coeducational, public high school enrolling approximately 2,000 students in Grades 9–12. Approximately 70% of its graduates continue their education: 68% going to four year colleges or universities, and 2% going to either two year colleges or other post secondary institutions. There are more than 120 members on the professional staff, 58 of whom have a master's degree or higher. MHS was named a Blue Ribbon school during the school year of 2001–02. The Mandeville School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England. Built in the 1960s, there are approximately 1050 students currently attending Mandeville, aged between 11 and 18 years. Currently graded Requires Improvement, the school has had several changes of leadership in recent years. The Headteacher Matthew Larminie has been in post since September 2020. History In 1996 a new headteacher with a reputation for turning failing schools around took over and the school saw significant changes. The level of students being excluded (either temporarily or permanently) from the school dropped and exam passes increased. During the 1970s, England Rugby Prop Forward, Gary Pearce attended the school and played several games against Aylesbury Grammar School. Sawbridgeworth
Sawbridgeworth is a town and civil parish in Hertfordshire, England, close to the border with Essex. It is east of Hertford and north of Epping. It is the northernmost part of the Greater London Built-up Area. History Prior to the Norman conquest, most of the area was owned by the Anglo-Saxon Angmar the Staller. The Manor of "Sabrixteworde" (one of the many spellings previously associated with the town) was recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086. After the Battle of Hastings it was granted to Geoffrey de Mandeville I by William the Conqueror. Local notables have included John Leventhorpe, an executor of both King Henry IV and King Henry V's wills, and Anne Boleyn, who was given the Pishiobury/Pishobury estate, located to the south of the town. Edmonton is a town in north London, England within the London Borough of Enfield, a local government district of Greater London. The northern part of the town is known as Lower Edmonton or Edmonton Green, and the southern part as Upper Edmonton. Situated north-northeast of Charing Cross, it borders Enfield to the north, Chingford to the east, and Tottenham to the south, with Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill to the west. AIM North London Academy
AIM Academy North London is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in the Edmonton area of the London Borough of Enfield, England. Originally known as Cuckoo Hall Secondary Modern school, it merged with the Houndsfield and Eldon secondary modern schools to become Mandeville Secondary Comprehensive School in 1967, becoming Salisbury School and then Turin Grove School. The school reopened in 2010 as Nightingale Academy; Nightingale was one of the first Mayor's academies to be established in London. The school became AIM North London Academy in 2019, and is sponsored by the AIM Academies Trust.
