Malishevë
Malisheva, ) is a town and municipality in Kosovo. The municipality is part of the District of Prizren and it is located in the central part of Kosovo. Malisheva has a population of 43,888 inhabitants. History The population of the town has historically been predominantly Kosovo Albanian. The town was largely destroyed by Serbian forces in 1998. Town residents only returned following the 1998 withdrawal of Serbian paramilitary police and military, in response to international pressures. A municipality (; ) is the basic administrative division in Kosovo and constitutes the only level of power in local governance. There are 38 municipalities in Kosovo; 27 of which have an Kosovo Albanians, Albanian ethnic majority, 10 Kosovo Serbs, Serb and Mamusha, 1 Turks in Kosovo, Turkish. Social Democratic Initiative (Kosovo)
The Social Democratic Initiative () also known as NISMA, is a political party in Kosovo formed by Fatmir Limaj and Jakup Krasniqi, former members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK). Limaj is party leader. Secretary Jakup Krasniqi's involvement in the Pronto Affair wiretapping scandal was the culmination of a split of PDK. Hani i Elezit or Elez Han ( sq-definite, Hani i Elezit; , ''Đeneral Janković''; officially Елез Хан, ''Elez Han'') is a town and municipality located in the Ferizaj District of Kosovo. History The town has been inhabited since the 1500s. Its name in Ottoman times was ''İlyas-Han'', which it got because of the Han of Elez Dimca. The town was renamed after Serbian general Božidar Janković in 1914 by a decision of the Serbian Council of Ministers. It is one of the new formed municipalities formed in September 2005. Lipjan ( sq-definite, Lipjani) or Lipljan ( sr-Cyrl, Липљан) is a town and municipality located in the District of Pristina in Kosovo. According to the 2011 census, the town of Lipjan has 6,870 inhabitants, while the municipality has 57,605 inhabitants.
