Malahide Community School
Malahide Community School (MCS; ga, Pobalscoil Íosa) is a co-educational secondary school located in Malahide, County Dublin, Ireland. It accepts pupils of all religious denominations. The school grew from 512 students in 1976 to 1200 students by 2006, and remained at around 1200 as of 2018. History Foundation In the early 1950s, Catherine Dowling set up the ''Stella Maris School'' in Malahide village. In 1958, the Infant Jesus Sisters founded Scoil Íosa, a junior and secondary school for girls on what are now the grounds of Malahide Community School. The two schools were amalgamated. In 1976, the school joined the community school system which meant that it was no longer private, and became Pobalscoil Íosa. The school population at that time was just over 500. The Dublin county ladies' football team represents Dublin GAA in ladies' Gaelic football. The team competes in inter-county competitions such as the All-Ireland Senior Ladies' Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Ladies' Football Championship and the Ladies' National Football League. Director were an Irish art rock quartet from Malahide in County Dublin. The group consisted of Michael Moloney (vocals/guitars), Eoin Aherne (guitars), Shea Lawlor (drums) and Rowan Averill (bass guitar). Susan Patricia Loughnane (born 16 February 1987) is an Irish actress and author. She is known for playing Debbie in drama '' Love/Hate'', for which she won the 2013 Irish Film and Television Award for Best Supporting Actress. Watford Football Club is an English professional football club based in Watford, Hertfordshire. They play in the EFL Championship, the second tier of English football. Rene Patrick Gilmartin (born 31 May 1987) is an Irish professional football coach and former professional footballer who is currently the goalkeeping coach at Ipswich Town. Conor Sammon
Conor Sammon (born 6 November 1986) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a forward for Alloa Athletic. Sammon started his professional career in the League of Ireland Premier Division with University College Dublin and Derry City. In 2008, he moved to Scottish Premier League club Kilmarnock, and in January 2011, English Premier League club Wigan Athletic signed him for £600,000. In August 2012, he moved to Derby County for £1.2 million.
