MajorStudio AS is a Norwegian record company and music publisher who own MajorSelskapet and MajorForlaget. The company is based in Bøverbru. The company started as TUMA Holding in 1988, but changed its name to MajorStudio in 1990 when they bought a studio in Majorstuen. At the same time, Jan Paulsen took over as head, where he remains today. Together with Øyvind Staveland, Paulsen runs the company. The other two members of Vamp and Rita Eriksen have lesser ownership roles. The studio was sold in 1999, and the company moved to a record company and music publisher. Their music is distributed through Musikkoperatørene and Diskos Distribusjon AS. Maj Britt Andersen
Maj Britt Andersen (born 15 November 1956) is a Norwegian singer. Biography She was born in Østre Toten and is a sister of Inger Lise Rypdal. Her album ''Folk er rare'' from 1986 earned her Spellemannprisen. She was singing in the soul group Chipahua in the 1980s. She has also issued albums with texts by Alf Prøysen (''Kjærtegn'' from 1992 and ''Dørstokken heme'' from 2004). Andersen has also been a member of Asker municipal council for one term, representing a local party. Since 1983 she has been married to the bassist and music producer Geir Holmsen. Bøverbru
Bøverbru is a village in Vestre Toten Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located about to the southeast of the village of Reinsvoll and about to the northwest of the village of Kolbu in neighboring Østre Toten Municipality. The village of Eina lies about to the southwest of Bøverbru. The village has a population (2021) of 752 and a population density of . Majorstuen is a particularly affluent neighbourhood in the Frogner borough in the inner part of Oslo, Norway. Majorstuen is known for its vibrant downtown and especially its shopping area. Øyvind Staveland (born May 20, 1960) was the founder of the Norwegian band Vamp together with Torbjørn Økland in 1991.Vamp

Eriksen is a Norway, Norwegian duo consisting of siblings Rita Eriksen and Frank Eriksen both musicians and on vocals.
