Maja Pohar
Maja Pohar Perme (born 8 April 1976) is a Slovenian former badminton player affiliated with Olimpija club. She competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. Her brother Andrej Pohar also a professional badminton player, and the duo played in the mixed doubles event. She won 33 times National Championships title, 10 in the women's singles, 9 in the women's doubles, and 14 in the mixed doubles event. Ljubljana (also known by other historical names) is the capital and largest city of Slovenia. It is the country's cultural, educational, economic, political and administrative center. Li Li (badminton)
Li Li (; born 7 July 1983) is a Chinese-born Singaporean badminton player. Early life Li was born in Wuhan, China and moved to Singapore in 1997. She became a Singapore citizen in 2002. Career Li won the 2002 Commonwealth Games women's singles gold medal by beating favourite Tracey Hallam of England in four sets, causing a major upset for the home team. It was the first Commonwealth Games badminton gold for Singapore. Li was part of the women's team at the 2003 Southeast Asian Games which won the gold medal. Li also played at the 2004 Summer Olympics, losing to Gong Ruina of China in the round of 32. At the 2006 Asian Games, she was part of the women's team which took the bronze medal. Maja Tvrdy (born 20 November 1983) is a Slovenian badminton player. She competed for Slovenia at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Maja Tvrdy is the most successful badminton player of Slovenia, who participated and represented Slovenia at two Olympic Games: in Beijing, where she achieved 17th place in the individual event and the Summer Olympic Games 2012 in London, where she lost in the qualifying round. Petya Nedelcheva ( bg, Петя Неделчева; born 30 July 1983) is a Bulgarian badminton player. She was born in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. At the Bulgarian National Badminton Championships she won more than 20 titles. Career A right-handed Nedelcheva became a professional badminton player since 1999, when she competed at the Balkan Games Championships. Yoana Martínez Barbero (born 18 November 1980) is a Spanish badminton player. Martínez played at the 2001 World Badminton Championships where she was defeated by Nicole Grether in the first round. In 2004, she won her first senior national title in the women's singles and doubles event.
