Mainscream
''Mainscream'' is the second studio album by Serbian hard rock band Cactus Jack (band), Cactus Jack, released in 2005. With ''Mainscream'' Cactus Jack made a slight shift from their Hard rock#First era (1970s), traditional hard rock style towards more melodic hard rock sound. The lyrics for the song "Glumica" ("Actress") were written by singer Bebi Dol. The album cover was designed by the band's old associate Dragoljub "Paja" Bogdanović, who would in 2015 become the band's frontman. Cactus Jack (band)
Cactus Jack is a Serbian rock band formed in Pančevo in 1998. Led by guitarist Stevan Birak and fronted by vocalist Vladimir Jezdimirović, the group started as a cover band. Cactus Jack's debut release was the live cover album ''DisCover'' (2002), followed by the live tribute album '' Deep Purple Tribute'' (2003). The band presented themselves with traditional hard rock sound, the releases bringing them attention of the audience and the media. The band released their first album of their own songs, entitled '' Natur all'', in 2004, followed by the album '' Mainscream'' (2005). In the years following the release of their second studio album, the band failed to maintain mainstream popularity and returned to club performances with female vocalist Bojana Racić, including a number of funk and pop rock covers into their repertoire. In mid-2010s the band returned to hard rock sound with new vocalist, Dragoljub "Paja" Bogdanović. Saša Habić
Aleksandar "Saša" Habić (Serbian Cyrillic: Саша Хабић; born 17 March 1956) is a Serbian and former Yugoslav musician, record producer and composer. During his career as a producer he worked with artists like Piloti, Divlji Anđeli, U Škripcu, Jakarta, Beograd, Dorian Gray, Laki Pingvini, Bebi Dol, Željko Bebek, Luna, Laza Ristovski, Slomljena Stakla, Bajaga i Instruktori, Zana, Kornelije Kovač, Alisa, Dejan Cukić, Oktobar 1864, Rambo Amadeus, YU grupa, Galija, Nikola Čuturilo, Riblja Čorba, Kerber, Vampiri, Ruž, Regina, Van Gogh, Generacija 5, Familija, Smak, Zdravko Čolić, Dragoljub Đuričić, Cactus Jack, and others. Career Habić studied at Belgrade Music Academy, string instruments department. Natur All
''Natur all'' is the first studio album by Serbian hard rock band Cactus Jack, released in 2004. Preceded by live albums ''DisCover'' and '' Deep Purple Tribute'', ''Natur all'' was the band's first album to feature their own material (although the band had previously published an EP with their own songs, '' Grad''). Besides the band's own songs, ''Natur all'' featured a Serbian language cover of U2 song "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me", entitled "Model donjeg veša" ("Lingerie Model"), and a cover of Led Zeppelin song "Kashmir". Music for the song "Voodoo Magija" ("Voodoo Magic") was written by Petar Zarija, singer of the blues rock band Zona B. The album artwork was designed by Dragoljub "Paja" Bogdanović, who also sang backing vocals on the album; Bogdanović would in 2015 become Cactus Jack frontman. It is a successor of PGP-RTB which was established in 1959 in Belgrade, then capital of Socialist Republic of Serbia and Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars. Hard rock began in the mid-1960s with the garage, psychedelic and blues rock movements. Bebi Dol
Dragana Todorović ( , / ; born 2 October 1962), better known under the stage name Bebi Dol (), is a Serbian singer and songwriter. Born in Belgrade, she made her debut in 1981 with the single "Mustafa". Bebi Dol rose to further prominence by representing SFR Yugoslavia at the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest with "Brazil (Bebi Dol song), Brazil".
