Maarten Paes
Maarten Vincent Paes (born 14 May 1998) is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club FC Dallas. Born in the Netherlands, he represents the Indonesia national team. After progressed through the youth ranks of NEC Nijmegen, Paes served as a backup goalkeeper before moving to Utrecht in 2018. After he spent three and a half years in Utrecht, he was loaned to FC Dallas for 6 months before making the move permanent. Nijmegen
Nijmegen (;; Spanish and it, Nimega. Yanick Marinus Paulus van Osch (born 24 March 1997) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club RKC Waalwijk. Club career PSV Van Osch began his football career with BLC in 's-Hertogenbosch before joining the PSV youth academy for the 2005–06 season. Van Osch signed a professional contract in June 2013 that was initially set to expire in 2016. However, the contract was later extended until 2018 in March 2016, and then again until 2020 in November 2017. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. History The Eerste Divisie consists of 20 clubs, who play each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away. 2017–18 Eerste Divisie
The 2017–18 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, was the sixty-second season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. It began in August 2017 with the first matches of the season and ended in May 2018 with the returns of the finals of the promotion/relegation play-offs, involving also the 16th- and 17th-placed teams from the 2017–18 Eredivisie. Teams A total of 20 teams took part in the league. 2016–17 Eerste Divisie champions VVV-Venlo gained promotion to the Eredivisie, and was replaced by Go Ahead Eagles, who finished bottom in the 2016–17 Eredivisie. 2016–17 Eredivisie
The 2016–17 Eredivisie season was the 61st season of the top-tier Dutch League Eredivisie since its establishment in 1956. The fixtures for this season were announced on 14 June 2016. Teams A total of 18 teams took part in the league: The best fifteen teams from the 2015–16 season, two promotion/relegation playoff winners and the 2015–16 Eerste Divisie champions. Sparta Rotterdam, the champion of the 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, returned to the Eredivisie after spending six seasons in the Eerste Divisie, whereas play-off winner Go Ahead Eagles returned to the Eredivisie after just one season. They replaced relegated teams Cambuur and De Graafschap. KNVB Cup
The KNVB Beker (; en, KNVB Cup), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. Katlego "Tsiki" Ntsabeleng (born 9 February 1998) is a South African soccer player who plays for FC Dallas in Major League Soccer.
