MENT BC
M.E.N.T. B.C., officially known as the Educational Union of Toumba Youth ( el, Μορφωτική Ένωσις Νεολαίας Τούμπας, ''Morfotiki Enosis Neoleas Toumbas'') or M.E.N.T. B.C., is a Greek professional basketball club that was founded in 1926. The team is located in Thessaloniki, Greece. M.E.N.T. B.C. currently competes in the third-tier level division of Greece, the Greek C League. History Originally, the club's parent athletic association included the sports of basketball, football, cycling, and also a literary and entertainment section. Today, there are departments only for the basketball club and the volleyball club. In 2004, M.E.N.T. B.C. finished in 2nd place in the Greek 2nd Division, and thus earned a league promotion, and then competed in the top-tier level Greek Basket League, in the following 2004–05 season. Giannis Giannoulis (alternate spellings: Gioannis, Yannis, Ioannis, Yiannis (Greek: Γιάννης Γιαννούλης; born June 5, 1976) is a Greek-Canadian former professional basketball player. Sotiris "Sotos" Nikolaidis ( el, Σωτήρης "Σώτος" Νικολαΐδης; (born May 25, 1974, in Thessaloniki, Greece), is a retired Greek professional basketball player and current basketball coach. During his club playing career, at a height of 1.86 m (6'1 ") tall, he played at the point guard and shooting guard positions. Stefanos Dedas (Greek: Στέφανος Δέδας; born May 10, 1982) is a Greek ''(from Vafiochori, Kilkis)'' professional basketball head coach. He is currently the assistant coach for CSKA Moscow of the VTB United League. Clay Jovon Tucker (June 14, 1980) is a retired American professional player. College career Tucker played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2003 where he and Dylan Page helped the Panthers to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2003. Professional career Tucker has bounced around for much of his professional career, playing for several different teams in both the United States and Europe. Dylan Page (born March 28, 1982) is an American professional basketball player for Movistar Estudiantes of the Spanish Liga ACB. College career He played for the NCAA Division I Milwaukee Panthers from 2000-2004 where he, along with Clay Tucker, helped the Panthers to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2003.
