MC Algiers
Mouloudia Club d'Alger ( ar, نادي مولودية الجزائر), referred to as MC Alger or MCA for short, is an Algerian football club based in Algiers. The club was founded in 1921 and its colours are red, green and white. Their home stadium, the Stade 5 Juillet 1962, has a capacity of 65,000 spectators. They also receive their opponents in Omar Hamadi Stadium. The club is currently playing in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1. Founded in 1921 as Mouloudia Club Algérois and Mouloudia Chaâbia d’Alger, the club was known as Mouloudia Pétroliers d'Alger from 1977 to 1986 and changed its name to Mouloudia Club d'Alger in 1986. The club colours are red and green. They play at the Stade Omar Hamadi. MC Alger were the first Algerian club to win a continental competition, winning the 1976 African Cup of Champions Clubs. Stade 5 Juillet 1962
The 5 July 1962 Stadium () (the name refers to 5 July 1962, the day Algeria declared independence), is a football and athletics stadium located in Algiers, Algeria. The stadium was inaugurated in 1972 with a capacity of 95,000. It served as the main stadium of the 1975 Mediterranean Games, the 1978 All-Africa Games, the 2004 Pan Arab Games, and the 2007 All-Africa Games. The stadium was one of two venues of the 1990 African Cup of Nations (the other venue was the 19 May 1956 Stadium in Annaba). It hosted 9 matches of the tournament, including the final match, which had a second record attendance of 105,302 spectators. In the final match, the home team Algeria defeated Nigeria 1–0 to win the tournament. The record attendance is of 110,000 spectators in the friendly match between Algeria and Serbia on 3 March 2010. He spent the majority of his career with his hometown club of MC Alger, whom he helped win a historic treble in 1976 ( Algerian League, Algerian Cup and African Cup Of Champions Clubs), even scoring a goal in the final of the 1976 African Cup of Champions Clubs. Omar Betrouni
Omar Betrouni ( ar, عمر بطرونى; born 9 January 1949) is a former Algeria international football forward who played for MC Alger and USM Alger. Playing career Born in Algiers, Betrouni played club football for MC Alger for more than a decade, winning the Algerian league championship five times and the Algerian cup three times. He also led the league in goal-scoring once and helped MC Alger win the 1976 African Cup of Champions Clubs. He joined USM Alger in 1980 and would finish his career with the club, winning the Algerian cup once more. Betrouni made 48 appearances for the senior Algeria national football team, including four FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. He made his debut in an African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Morocco on 10 December 1970. Hafia Football Club
Hafia Football Club is a football club based in Conakry, Guinea. Founded in 1951, the team was known as Conakry II in the 1960s and won three titles under that name. Hafia have won 15 league titles overall having dominated in 1960s and 70s, but their last league title coming in 1985. The 1970s were a golden decade for Hafia FC when they dominated African football having won the African Cup of Champions Clubs three times, in 1972, 1975 and 1977. Rangers International Football Club, commonly known as Enugu Rangers, is a Nigerian professional association football team.
