The Lè Architecture () is an office building located in Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building has an architectural height of with 18 floors above ground and a floor area of . The building was designed by the international architectural firm Aedas and was completed in 2017. The building has received a LEED Gold energy label. Design Situated by the Keelung River in the fast-emerging southeastern district of Nangang in Taipei, Lè Architecture aims to convey traditional Taiwanese culture of roundness, strength and elegance with a modern twist by using an egg-shaped exterior design, which was inspired from the small pebbles in the Keelung River. Aiming to minimise energy demands, the building employs several sustainable features, such as a green façade that can lower the interior temperature by acting as a shade to reduce heat gain. Nangang District, Taipei
Nangang, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency District (), also Nankang, is a southeastern district of Taipei, Taiwan. It is the seat of the Academia Sinica, Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall, and Nankang Software Park (NKSP). History Nangang was settled in 1735 by Fujianese, especially in the present villages of Nangang, Sanchong, and Dongxin. The placename was ' (), Nangang-Sanchong Port (). Aedas provides services in architecture, interior design, urban design, masterplanning and graphic design. It was established in 2002. Leadership In Energy And Environmental Design
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building certification program used worldwide. Keelung River
The Keelung River () is a river in northern Taiwan. The Keelung River originates in the mountains west-northwest of the town of Jingtong in Pingxi District, New Taipei City, flows down to a rift valley and then flows ENE to Sandiaoling. Then it flows northward to a point between Jiufen and Keelung City, and then heads back in a general WSW direction to Taipei, where it joins the Tamsui River and flows out to sea. The land around the Keelung river was rich in gold and coal, and many areas were mined. Geology Park along the river is Dajia Riverside Park. The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is an international body in the field of tall buildings and sustainable urban design. A non-profit organization based at the Monroe Building in the city of Chicago, Illinois, United States, the CTBUH announces the title of "The World's Tallest Building" and is widely considered to be an authority on the official height of tall buildings. One Park Taipei
The One Park Taipei, also known as Da-An Tower (), is a complex of residential twin skyscrapers located in Daan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The South Tower has an architectural height of with 35 floors above ground and the North Tower is with 31 floors above ground. Tao Zhu Yin Yuan
The Tao Zhu Yin Yuan, also known as Agora Garden (), is a residential high-rise building located in Xinyi Special District, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building has an architectural height of with 21 floors above ground and four basement levels, with a floor area of . The tower was designed by the Belgian architect Vincent Callebaut and was completed in 2018. The building has received a LEED Gold energy label as well as a Diamond level awarded by the Low Carbon Building Alliance.
