László Lugossy
László Lugossy (born 23 October 1939) is a Hungarian film director. In 1976, his film ''Man Without a Name (1976 film), Man Without a Name'' was entered into the 26th Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Silver Bear, Silver Bear for an outstanding single achievement. In 1981 he was a member of the jury at the 12th Moscow International Film Festival. His 1981 film ''Köszönöm, megvagyunk'' was entered into the 31st Berlin International Film Festival. The following year he was a member of the jury at the 32nd Berlin International Film Festival. In 1985, his film ''Flowers of Reverie'' won the Jury Grand Prix, Silver Bear - Special Jury Prize at the 35th Berlin International Film Festival. 26th Berlin International Film Festival
The 26th annual Berlin International Film Festival was held from 25 June – 6 July 1976. The Golden Bear was awarded to the American film '' Buffalo Bill and the Indians, or Sitting Bull's History Lesson'' directed by Robert Altman. Silver Bear
The Berlin International Film Festival (german: Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin), usually called the Berlinale (), is a major international film festival held annually in Berlin, Germany. Founded in 1951 and originally run in June, the festival has been held every February since 1978 and is one of the " Big Three" alongside the Venice Film Festival in Italy and the Cannes Film Festival in France. Tens of thousands of visitors attend each year. About 400 films are shown at multiple venues across Berlin, mostly in and around Potsdamer Platz. The 32nd annual Berlin International Film Festival was held from 12–23 February 1982. The Golden Bear was awarded to the West German film ''Veronika Voss'' directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder.
