Luke William Mangan (born 6 May 1970) is an Australian chef and restaurateur. Mangan owns and operates restaurants in Sydney Australia, at sea on P&O cruise ships, recently partnered with Mater Private Hospital Brisbane to bring health, quality restaurant food to hospitals and joined Coles Supermarket as an ambassador. Mangan has his own line of gourmet products and is the co-founder of ''The Inspired Series'' and Australia’s ''Appetite for Excellence'',About the Awards Program
