Luigi De Laurentiis
Luigi Agostino Alfredo De Laurentiis (16 February 1917, in Torre Annunziata – 30 March 1992, in Rome) was an Italian film producer. His credits include '' Un borghese piccolo piccolo'' (director Mario Monicelli, 1977), '' Amici miei - Atto II°'' (director Mario Monicelli, 1982), ''Vacanze di Natale'' (director Carlo Vanzina, 1983) and ''Donne con le gonne'' (director Francesco Nuti, 1991). Torre Annunziata
Torre Annunziata (; nap, Torr'Annunziata) is a city and commune in the Metropolitan City of Naples, region of Campania in Italy. It is located on the Gulf of Naples at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. History The city was destroyed in the Vesuvius eruption of 79 AD and in 1631. It is known locally in the Neapolitan dialect as Torre Nunziata. ''The Bandit'' ( it, Il Bandito) is a 1946 Italian drama film directed by Alberto Lattuada and starring Anna Magnani, Amedeo Nazzari and Carla Del Poggio. It was shot on location in Turin. Aurelio De Laurentiis (born 24 May 1949) is an Italian film producer through his company, Filmauro, and the owner of Italian Association football, football clubs S.S.C. Napoli, Napoli (of which he is also chairman) and S.S.C. Bari, Bari. He is the nephew of film producer Dino De Laurentiis and first-cousin once removed of chef Giada De Laurentiis. Agostino "Dino" De Laurentiis (; 8 August 1919 – 10 November 2010) was an Italian-American film producer. Along with Carlo Ponti, he was one of the producers who brought Italian cinema to the international scene at the end of World War II. He produced or co-produced more than 500 films, of which 38 were nominated for Academy Awards. He also had a brief acting career in the late 1930s and early 1940s. Early life De Laurentiis was born at Torre Annunziata in the province of Naples, and grew up selling spaghetti made by his father's pasta factory.
