MarÃa Isabel Lineros RodrÃguez (; born 2 April 1964), better known by her stage name LucÃa, is a Spanish singer. LucÃa was born in Seville, Andalusia. The Eurovision Song Contest 1982 was the 27th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Harrogate, United Kingdom, following the country's victory at the with the song "Making Your Mind Up" by Bucks Fizz. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the contest was held at the Harrogate International Centre on 24 April 1982 and was hosted by English TV presenter and newsreader Jan Leeming. Eighteen countries took part in the contest with deciding not to enter this year. Due the downsizing of their national broadcasters, lost the rights to participating at the contest and so was also forced to withdraw. The winner was with the song "Ein bißchen Frieden" by Nicole. Harrogate ( ) is a spa town and the administrative centre of the Borough of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England. José MarÃa Bacchelli Ortega (born 10 September 1952 in Barcelona), known professionally as Bacchelli, is a Spanish singer who is best known for his participation in the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest. Son of Spanish mother and Italian father, Bacchelli began his music career participating at the Benidorm Song Festival in 1977. In 1979, he released the single "Bacchelli". In 1980 he released the album ''Y sólo tú'', which included the same-titled song. In 1981, he was chosen internally by broadcaster Televisión Española as the Spanish representative for the 26th Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Y sólo tú" ("And Only You").
