Luckyiam
Tommy Woolfolk, better known by his stage name Luckyiam, is a rapper from Los Angeles, California. He is a founding member of Living Legends. He is also a member of CMA and Mystik Journeymen. History Luckyiam released ''Most Likely to Succeed'' in 2007. In 2009, he released a collaborative album, ''One Uppers'', with Sapient of Debaser as The Prime. ''I Love Haters'' was released as a free download on Lifted Research Group's website in 2011. The album features guest appearances from Aceyalone and Slug. He released ''Time to Get Lucky'' in 2012. He formed the duo Luck & Lana with vocalist Lana Shea. Luck & Lana have since released 2 albums together with production team Kill the Computer, under the name Luck & Lana Kill the Computer. Their first self-titled album was released in 2013. The follow up, titled ''Go'', was released in 2016 and has been critically acclaimed for both its lyricism and genre-bending beats. Corey Scoffern (born May 20, 1975), better known by his stage name The Grouch, is an American rapper and producer. He is currently based in Maui, Hawaii, but grew up and spent most of his time in the San Francisco Bay Area (specifically Oakland, California). He is a founding member of Living Legends, an underground hip hop collective based in Los Angeles, California. Life and career The Grouch was born & raised in Oakland, California, where he attended Skyline High School. Living Legends (group)
Living Legends is an American hip hop supergroup consisting of indie hip hop artists from California. Beginning in the mid 1990s, the crew garnered a following by recording, promoting and performing their music independently through Legendary Music. The crew is considered by ''LA Weekly'' to be "one of the biggest success stories of the indie-rap movement, having sold close to 300,000 units of their various solo and group efforts — all by them-damn-selves." History Living Legends originally grew out of Mystik Journeymen, consisted of BFAP (now known as Sunspot Jonz) and PSC (now known as Luckyiam). Debaser (rap Group)
Debaser is a two-man hip-hop group from Oregon, United States, and are part of the crew Sandpeople. The duo consists of Ethic (MC) & Sapient (MC/Producer) and was founded in late 2005. Their name is a direct reference to the definition of the word ''debaser'', not to be confused with the popular song Debaser by the Pixies. History Ethic & Sapient both grew up in the city of Eugene, Oregon where they were family friends at a young age. It wasn't until 2005 that the two began making music together and the group Debaser was quickly formed the same year. ''Young Dangerous Heart'' is the first studio album by American rapper Subtitle. It was released on Gold Standard Laboratories on February 22, 2005. Production Initially, Subtitle created the other version of the album that he solely produced. In a 2020 interview, he recalled, "The dudes from Gold Standard weren't into it because it went all over the place, production-wise and they needed a more cohesive project to release on a semi-large scale." Omid Walizadeh, also known as Omid or OD, is a hip hop producer based in Long Beach, California. He has produced tracks for the likes of Freestyle Fellowship, Busdriver, 2Mex, Subtitle, and Awol One. History Omid Walizadeh graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor's degree in recording arts. He has produced tracks since 1992.
