Louise Arbour Secondary School is a high school located in Brampton, Ontario, operating under the Peel District School Board. It was established in 2010 to accommodate those who live in north Brampton between Sandalwood Heights Secondary School and Mayfield Secondary School. A social justice focus infuses all elements of the curriculum in order to support students to become socially responsible citizens of the world. FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is an international high school robotics competition. Each year, teams of high school students, coaches, and mentors work during a six-week period to build robots capable of competing in that year's game that weigh up to . Robots complete tasks such as scoring balls into goals, placing inner tubes onto racks, hanging on bars, and balancing robots on balance beams. Louise Bernice Arbour (born February 10, 1947) is a Canadian lawyer, prosecutor and jurist. Arbour was the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, a former justice of the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and a former Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. Mayfield Secondary School is located in Caledon, Ontario, Canada. It is one of two Regional Arts Schools in the Peel District School Board.
