Lizzy (South Korean Singer)
Park Soo-ah (born Park Soo-young on July 31, 1992), previously known by the stage name Lizzy, is a South Korean singer and actress. She debuted as a new member of girl group After School (and later, its sub-unit Orange Caramel) in March 2010. Apart from her group's activities, she has also starred in various television dramas, including '' All My Love'' (2011) and ''Angry Mom'' (2015). She debuted as a solo artist with the digital single "Not an Easy Girl" in January 2015. In May 2018, she graduated from After School following the expiration of her contract, but remains a member of Orange Caramel. Secret (South Korean Band)
Secret () was a South Korean K-pop girl group formed by TS Entertainment in 2009. The group originally debuted with four members: Jun Hyo-seong, Jung Ha-na, Song Ji-eun and Han Sun-hwa. Park Myung-soo (born August 27, 1970) is a South Korean DJ, comedian, MC, singer, and songwriter who debuted on television in 1993, appearing on MBC. He co-hosted the top-rated comic variety programme '' Infinite Challenge'' and also hosted the ''Date at 2 o'clock'' radio show. ''Chunhyangga'' is the most famous ''pansori'' (musical story telling) in Korea, having had considerable popularity in the country for the past century. ''Chunhyangga'' is considered to be the best ''pansori'' musically, and as a work of literature and play. ''Chunhyangga'' tells the story of love between Chunhyang (춘향), the daughter of a ''kisaeng'' entertainer, and Yi Mongryong (이 몽룡), the son of a magistrate. After the two are illegally married, Mongryong goes to Seoul and a corrupt local magistrate, Byeon the vicious (변학도), attempts to force Chunhyang to be his concubine. She refuses and is faced with death, but is rescued at the last minute by Mongryong returning in his new role as a secret royal inspector. Trot (music)
Trot (, ) is a genre of Korean popular music, known for its use of repetitive rhythm and vocal inflections. Originating during the Japanese occupation of Korea in the first half of the 20th century, trot was influenced by many genres of Korean, Japanese, American, and European music. Trot has been around for almost 100 years and its distinct singing style has been continuously evolving. Trot music developed in rhythms during Japanese colonial rule. After the liberation of the Korean peninsula and the Korean War (1950-1953), artists such as Lee Mi-Ja, Choi Sook-ja, Bae Ho, Nam Jin, Na Hun-a, Joo Hyun-mi and many others helped to make trot popular. Kwon So-hyun (born August 30, 1994), also known mononymously as Sohyun, is a South Korean singer and actress. She was known as a member of the South Korean girl group 4Minute, under Cube Entertainment. She is also a former member of the South Korean girl group, Orange. ''Hyung-don and Dae-joon's Hitmaker'' () is a 2014 South Korean variety television series presented by South Korean producer duo Jeong Hyeong-don and Defconn. It first aired on MBC Every1 on Tuesday at 6:00 pm KST beginning July 29, 2014. Yoo Dae-joon (; January 6, 1977), known by his stage name Defconn, is a South Korean rapper and television personality. Biography 2004 In 2004, Defconn received the Korean Music Award for "Best Hip-Hop Album". Jung Hyung-don (; born February 7, 1978) is a South Korean comedian and television host. He is best known for his roles on the variety shows '' Infinite Challenge'' and ''Weekly Idol''.
