Liz Harris
Elizabeth Harris is an Australian retired stage and television actress who appeared on a number of popular television series and films from the mid-1960s up until her retirement in 1993. She is best known for her role as Liza in the 1960s children's television series '' Adventure Island'' but also for playing recurring characters Sally Dempster in ''Prisoner'' and Clover Owen-Jones in '' A Country Practice'' in her later career. She was also the wife of longtime Australian television and radio star Leonard Teale. They married on 18 December 1968. Edward Reese Allen (born May 20, 1965) is an American author and television personality. He was the food and wine connoisseur on the Bravo network's television program '' Queer Eye'', and has been the host of the TV cooking competition series ''Chopped'' since its launch in 2009, as well as ''Chopped Junior'', which began in mid-2015. On April 13, 2014, he became the host of another Food Network show, originally called ''America's Best Cook''; a retooled version of that show, retitled ''All-Star Academy,'' debuted on March 1, 2015. The Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) was a union which covered waterside workers, seafarers, port workers, professional divers, and office workers associated with Australian ports. The MUA was formed in 1993 with merger of the Seamen's Union of Australia and the Waterside Workers' Federation of Australia. In 2017 the MUA had about 16,000 members. Jack Thompson, AM (born John Hadley Pain; 31 August 1940) is an Australian actor and a major figure of Australian cinema, particularly Australian New Wave. He was educated at University of Queensland, before embarking on his acting career. In 2002, he was made an honorary member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS). The series followed continued adventures of the title character, previously featured in the successful sex comedy feature film ''Alvin Purple'' (1973) and its sequel ''Alvin Purple Rides Again'' (1974).
