Little Heroes (band)
Little Heroes were an Australian band formed in 1980, by founding mainstay Roger Hart (aka Roger Wells or Roger Hart-Wells, ex-Secret Police) on lead vocals and guitar. They released three studio albums, '' Little Heroes'' (August 1981), '' Play by Numbers'' (August 1982) and '' Watch the World'' (September 1983). Their highest charting hit, " One Perfect Day", which was released in 1982, reached No. 12 on the Kent Music Report Singles Chart. Their other charting singles are " Young Hearts" (1982), "Watch the World" and " Bon Voyage" (both 1983). They disbanded in June 1984. History In 1980, Little Heroes were formed in Melbourne from the remnants of pub rockers, Secret Police. Melbourne

Pub Rock (Australia)
Pub rock is a style of Australian rock and roll popular throughout the 1970s and 1980s, and that was still influencing contemporary Australian music in the 2000s. The term came from the venues where most of these bands originally played — inner-city and suburban pubs. These often noisy, hot, small and crowded venues were not always ideal as music venues and favoured loud, simple songs based on drums and electric guitar riffs. The Australian version of pub rock incorporates hard rock, blues rock, and/or progressive rock. Rupert Neville Hine (21 September 1947 – 4 June 2020) was an English musician, songwriter and record producer. He produced albums for artists including Rush, Kevin Ayers, Tina Turner, Howard Jones, Saga, the Fixx, Bob Geldof, Thompson Twins, Stevie Nicks, Chris de Burgh, Suzanne Vega, Underworld, Duncan Sheik, Formula and Eleanor McEvoy. "One Perfect Day" is a song written and sung by Roger Hart-Wells and performed by the Australian band Little Heroes. It was released in March 1982 as the lead single from their second studio album, '' Play by Numbers'' (1982). The single entered the Australian Kent Music Report Singles Chart in April 1982 and peaked at No. 12. In June 1982, Hart-Well said, "If this single had not succeeded, we probably would have gone off the road and had a long look at ourselves." Matt Finish are an Australian Rock music, rock band formed in mid-1979 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Matt Moffitt (1956–2003) and drummer, composer and producer John Prior (musician), John Prior. The 1981 line-up of Moffitt, Prior, Richard Grossman (bassist), Richard Grossman on bass guitar and Jeff Clayton on rhythm guitar recorded their debut album, ''Short Note (album), Short Note'', which peaked at No. 14 on the Australian Kent Music Report Albums Chart.
