Twice
Twice (; Japanese: トゥワイス, Hepburn: ''To~uwaisu''; commonly stylized as TWICE) is a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. Twice was formed under the television program '' Sixteen'' (2015) and debuted on October 20, 2015, with the extended play (EP) ''The Story Begins''. Twice rose to domestic fame in 2016 with their single " Cheer Up", which charted at number one on the Gaon Digital Chart, became the best-performing single of the year, and won "Song of the Year" at the Melon Music Awards and Mnet Asian Music Awards. Tzuyu
Chou Tzu-yu ( zh, 周子瑜}; , born 14 June 1999), known mononymously as Tzuyu (, ), is a Taiwanese people, Taiwanese singer based in South Korea. She is the only Taiwanese member of the girl group Twice, formed by JYP Entertainment in 2015. Life and career Early life and pre-debut activities Tzuyu was born in the East District, Tainan, East District of Tainan, Taiwan on 14 June 1999 to self-made entrepreneurs. She started dancing from a young age and trained at a dance academy. In 2012, Tzuyu was discovered by talent scouts at the MUSE Performing Arts Workshop in Tainan, and moved to South Korea in November of that year to begin training. Jackson Wang (; ko, 왕잭슨; born 28 March 1994) is a Hong Kong rapper, singer, dancer, record producer, fashion designer, and music video director. He is the founder of record label Team Wang and is the creative director and lead designer for fashion brand Team Wang Design. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Wang initially gained widespread recognition after joining JYP Entertainment's K-pop boy group, Got7, in 2014. Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) () is one of the leading South Korean television and radio broadcasters. Dahyun
Kim Da-hyun (; born May 28, 1998), known mononymously as Dahyun, is a South Korean singer and rapper. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Twice, formed by JYP Entertainment in 2015. Life and career Dahyun was born in Seongnam, Gyeonggi, on May 28, 1998. She grew up with her parents and has an older brother. At a young age, she began singing with her Christian church choir. Dahyun first gained attention in sixth grade in elementary school with a dance at church called the "eagle dance", which was posted on YouTube. Dahyun was recruited to become a trainee for JYP Entertainment after a talent scout saw her performance at a dance festival, and she subsequently trained with them for over three years.
