Eemil Tapio "Tapsa" Hämäläinen (18 June 1922, in Uukuniemi – 28 January 2008, in Helsinki) was a Finnish actor and theater counsellor. Career Hämäläinen's best known roles were as Salo in '' The Unknown Soldier'' (''The Unknown Soldier'') and Councillor Tuura in the ''Uuno Turhapuro'' films (1976–1993, 2004). Marjatta Raita
Marjatta Raita (17 February 1944, Pori – 27 September 2007) was a Finnish actress, who was best known for her role as Elisabeth Turhapuro in the Uuno Turhapuro movies directed by Spede Pasanen. Raita also appeared in many other films, although she acted mainly in theater. She studied in a theater school in 1962–1965. Born in Pori, Marjatta Raita's parents were Eino and Valli Raita, both actors. She was married to Finnish actor Aarno Sulkanen, by whom she had two children. Vesa-Matti "Vesku" Loiri (4 January 1945 – 10 August 2022) was a Finnish actor, musician and comedian, best known for his role as Uuno Turhapuro, whom he portrayed in a total of 20 movies between the years 1973 and 2004. According to Yle News, ″Loiri was one of Finland's most beloved cultural figures over six decades, playing comic and tragic roles on screen and stage, alongside a musical career″. Life and career Loiri was born in Helsinki on 4 January 1945 to Taito Loiri (1911–1995) and Lily Nylund (1916–2013), and the family moved to North Haaga when Loiri was a child. Ere Kokkonen
Erkki Olavi "Ere" Kokkonen (7 July 1938 – 16 October 2008), born in Savonlinna, was a Finnish film director and screenwriter. He worked closely with Spede Pasanen all the way from the 1960s until Spede's death, as a director, writer and also an actor. Kokkonen's feature film debut was '' Millipilleri'' (1966), co-directed with Spede Pasanen and Jukka Virtanen. In later decades, when Turhapuro films were made less frequently, Kokkonen scripted and directed the ''Vääpeli Körmy'' series of films His career as a director also includes filming of Arto Paasilinna's books, including ''The Ten Graters'' and ''A Charming Mass Suicide''. Jukka Sipilä (12 May 1936, Kivijärvi – 7 August 2004, Helsinki, Finland) was a prolific Finnish actor and television director. He began acting in film in the 1960s and took up TV directing shortly in the early 1970s before concentrating on acting again. He appeared in films such as the 1983 James Bond spoof ''Agent 000 and the Deadly Curves'' opposite actors Ilmari Saarelainen and Tenho Sauren. He retired in 2003 shortly before his death.
