Leppälampi
Leppälampi (; literally translated the " alder pond") is a village in Nurmijärvi municipality in Uusimaa, Finland. It is located in the northwest corner of the municipality, near Haimoo and Vihtijärvi, the villages of Vihti. The village is located along the Korventie road, which goes west from Röykkä, and along Highway 25 between Hanko and Mäntsälä, and it has partly formed into its current form with the village of Korpi. In the south is the village of Nummenpää. Nurmijärvi
Nurmijärvi () is the most populated rural municipality of Finland, located north of the capital Helsinki. The neighboring municipalities of Nurmijärvi are Espoo, Vantaa, Tuusula, Hyvinkää and Vihti, and it is part of the Greater Helsinki. The population of the municipality is inhabitants. In recent decades, it has been one of the fastest growing municipalities in the Greater Helsinki and also in whole Finland in terms of population. The close proximity to Helsinki has led to a considerable growth of the major villages such as Klaukkala, Rajamäki and Röykkä. Röykkä
Röykkä () is a village located in the Nurmijärvi municipality of Finland, near the border of Vihti municipality. It is fourth largest village in the municipality after Klaukkala, Rajamäki and Nurmijärvi's church village. The population is about 1600. Lake Sääksi, which is Finland's largest spring water lake, is located northside to the village, and there is Kotolahti, also known as "Little-Sääski" and "Röykänranta", which is a popular beach in Röykkä. There is also smaller Lake Vaaksi near to the village. On the northern shore of Lake Sääksi is the private tomb of the daughter of Kytäjä Manor's host, known as the "Tomb of Love" (''Rakkaudenhauta''). Hanko, Finland
Hanko (; sv, Hangö) is a port town and municipality on the south coast of Finland, west of Helsinki. Its current population is (). The town is bilingual, with a majority being Finnish speakers and a strong minority being Swedish speakers (). The skyline of Hanko is dominated by the church and the water tower. Vihtijärvi () is a village in the northeast part of Vihti municipality, between the borders of Nurmijärvi, Hyvinkää, Loppi and Karkkila. The population is about 500. The regional road 132 (Mt 132) between Loppi and Klaukkala runs through the village. The nearest lakes are Niemenjärvi and Vihtijärvi, where the village got its name. Alder
Alders are trees comprising the genus ''Alnus'' in the birch family Betulaceae. The genus comprises about 35 species of monoecious trees and shrubs, a few reaching a large size, distributed throughout the north temperate zone with a few species extending into Central America, as well as the northern and southern Andes. Description With a few exceptions, alders are deciduous, and the leaves are alternate, simple, and serrated.
