Finnish National Road 25
The Finnish national road 25 ( fi, Valtatie 25, ''Hangonväylä''; sv, Riksväg 25, ''Hangöleden'') is the main route between the major cities of Hanko and Hyvinkää in southern Finland. It runs from Tulliniemi in Hanko to the Maisala in Mäntsälä, where it continues to Porvoo as the 2nd class main road 55. Together with the aforementioned road, it forms the Helsinki Metropolitan Circuit and is often referred to as the outer beltway of the Greater Helsinki or also known as the ''Ring V''. Karis
Karis (; fi, Karjaa ) is a town and former municipality in Finland. On January 1, 2009, it was consolidated with Ekenäs and Pohja to form the new municipality of Raseborg; fi, Raasepori. It is located in the Finnish province of Southern Finland and is part of Uusimaa, one of the regions of Finland. The town had a population of 9,155 (as of 31 December 2008) and covered a land area of . The population density was . Herunen
Herunen is a village in the northern part of the Nurmijärvi, Nurmijärvi municipality in Uusimaa, Finland. At the end of 2011, there were 535 inhabitants in this small urban area, which crossed the municipal border between Nurmijärvi and Hyvinkää, of which 531 lived in Nurmijärvi and 4 in Hyvinkää. Herunen is located on Lohjanharju (part of the Salpausselkä), about 50 meters above sea level. From Herunen to the northeast towards Hyvinkää, the old Helsinki–Hämeenlinna highway and the current regional road 130, will meet. By the south, towards neighbouring village Rajamäki (village), Rajamäki, you will meet Finnish national road 25, Highway 25, along which you can get to Hanko, Finland, Hanko and Hyvinkää. Rajamäki (village)
Rajamäki (; literally translated "border hill") is a village in the municipality of Nurmijärvi in southern Finland. Rajamäki is located 45 kilometres (28 mi) north of the capital Helsinki and has a population of around 7,500 inhabitants. Formerly, Rajamäki was the largest of Nurmijärvi's villages, until in the 1970s Klaukkala grew larger than Rajamäki. It is from Rajamäki to the center of Nurmijärvi. Rajamäki is best known for its alcohol distillery which was established in 1888 because of the fresh and pure water found in the area. The distillery was a part of the old Finnish alcohol monopoly Alko and is now part of the Altia corporation. Dilution and bottling of Koskenkorva Viina, distilled in the distillery in Koskenkorva, Ilmajoki, is done in Rajamäki. Röykkä
Röykkä () is a village located in the Nurmijärvi municipality of Finland, near the border of Vihti municipality. It is fourth largest village in the municipality after Klaukkala, Rajamäki and Nurmijärvi's church village. The population is about 1600. Lake Sääksi, which is Finland's largest spring water lake, is located northside to the village, and there is Kotolahti, also known as "Little-Sääski" and "Röykänranta", which is a popular beach in Röykkä. There is also smaller Lake Vaaksi near to the village. On the northern shore of Lake Sääksi is the private tomb of the daughter of Kytäjä Manor's host, known as the "Tomb of Love" (''Rakkaudenhauta''). Nurmijärvi
Nurmijärvi () is the most populated rural municipality of Finland, located north of the capital Helsinki. The neighboring municipalities of Nurmijärvi are Espoo, Vantaa, Tuusula, Hyvinkää and Vihti, and it is part of the Greater Helsinki. The population of the municipality is inhabitants. Otalampi is a village in Vihti municipality at the intersection of the Finnish national road 25 and the Vihti Road (''Vihdintie''). The population is about one thousand. Next to the village is a small lake called Otalampi, where the village got its name. In 2008, the Otalampi House (''Otalampi-talo'') was completed in the village. Ojakkala
Ojakkala is a village in the Vihti municipality, 45 kilometers from Helsinki, Finland. The administrative center of Vihti municipality, Nummela, is located southwest of Ojakkala. Muijala
Muijala () is a district in Lohja, Finland. It is located northeast of the city center of Lohja along the connecting road 1125 and the Hyvinkää– Karjaa railway between the Turku Highway (Vt 1; E18) and the Hanko Highway (Vt 25). The driving time from Muijala to Helsinki along the Turku highway is about 45 minutes and buses run to Helsinki every 15-50 minutes during peak hours. The easternmost area of Muijala is an industrial area called Muijalannummi. Virkkala
Virkkala (; sv, Virkby) is a district of Lohja, Finland, located about 8 kilometers southwest of the center of Lohja along Hanko Highway (Vt 25). Lake Lohja is located right next to Virkkala on its western side. The urban center of Virkkala has businesses as well as a library, pharmacy, and parish center. Most of the Swedish-speaking settlement in Lohja was concentrated in the Virkkala area. Petter Forsström (1877–1967), ''vuorineuvos'' known as Kalkki-Petteri, gave the initial impetus to Virkkala's development.
