The county was formed from portions of Dauphin and Lancaster counties in 1813, with minor boundary revisions in 1814 and 1821. Lebanon County comprises the Lebanon, Pennsylvania, metropolitan statistical, which is part of the Harrisburg–York–Lebanon combined statistical area. South Londonderry Township is a township in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Lebanon, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 8,763 at the 2020 census. History Londonderry Township was originally part of Derry Township, Lancaster County. When Lebanon County was formed, the name was changed to Londonderry Township to distinguish it clearly from neighboring Derry Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Londonderry Township was divided into North Londonderry Township and South Londonderry Township in 1894. The Colebrook Iron Master's House and Dr. B. The Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) is a database of name and locative information about more than two million physical and cultural features throughout the United States and its territories, Antarctica, and the associated states of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau. Pennsylvania Route 241
Pennsylvania Route 241 (PA 241) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from PA 441 in Conoy Township, Lancaster County, northeast to PA 72 in the city of Lebanon in Lebanon County. The route heads east from PA 441 to Elizabethtown, where it runs concurrent with both PA 230 and PA 743. PA 241 continues into Lebanon County and intersects PA 341 and PA 117 in Colebrook. The route heads northeast and forms a concurrency with U.S. Route 322 (US 322) before continuing to Lebanon. The route follows part of Legislative Route 280, which was designated in 1911. PA 241 was designated in 1928 to run from PA 441 in Marietta north to PA 72 in Lebanon, heading north to Maytown and west to Bainbridge before continuing northeast along its current alignment.
