Larry Silveira
Larry Silveira (born October 12, 1965) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and the Nationwide Tour. Amateur career Silveira was originally a baseball player and played catcher for Antioch High School along with former Major League Baseball pitchers Alex Sanchez and Jeff Pico. Silveira started his college golf career at San Jose State University where he won the Pacific Coast Athletic Association (now the Big West Conference) Conference Championship as a freshman. He then transferred to the University of Arizona where he was named a First Team All American in 1987 and 1988. During his time at Arizona he won five tournaments and in 1988 he won the Pacific-10 Conference (Pac-10) (now the Pac-12 Conference) Championship and was also named the Pac-10 Player of the Year. Arizona Open
The Arizona Open Championship is the annual open state championship of golf in Arizona. The competition is 54-holes of stroke play (3 rounds on an 18-hole course), with the winner being the player with the lowest total number of strokes. Following 36-holes of play the field is cut to the top 50 players and ties for the final round. Robert Hartley Elliott (born 8 December 1941) is an English rock drummer, best known for playing with the Hollies. He has been described as "one of the very finest drummers in all of pop/rock". Early life Elliott discovered jazz music when he was around 10 or 11 and wanted to become a drummer. He attended Nelson Grammar School. Elliott taught himself how to play the drums, by using home-made brushes and sticks, on tins and other household items, and copying the playing of Chico Hamilton of the Gerry Mulligan Quartet and Gene Krupa of the Benny Goodman Orchestra.
