Norwegian Third Division
The Norwegian Third Division, also called 3. divisjon, is the fourth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. After the 2010 season, the league was reorganised, reducing the number of teams to 164 and halving the number of parallel sections from 24 to 12. After the 2016 season, the league was again reorganised, reducing the number of teams from 164 to 84, and halved the number of groups from twelve to six. All six group winners promote to 2. divisjon, while the bottom four in all groups are relegated to 4. divisjon. The 2021 3. divisjon (referred to as Norsk Tipping-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) was a fourth-tier Norwegian football league season. Os is a former municipality in the old Hordaland county, Norway. It was located in the Midhordland region, just south of Norway's second-largest city, Bergen. Due to its proximity to Bergen, Os experienced strong population growth. The administrative centre (and commercial centre) of Os was the village of Osøyro. Vestland is a county in Norway established on 1 January 2020. The county is located in Western Norway and it is centred around the city of Bergen, Norway's second largest city. The administrative centre of the county is the city of Bergen, where the executive and political leadership is based, but the County Governor is based in Hermansverk. Vitālijs Meļņičenko
Vitālijs Meļņičenko (born 11 November 1987 in Riga) is a Latvian footballer who plays for Lysekloster IL. Club career As a youth player Meļņičenko played for Rīgas Futbola skola, making his first professional appearance in 2005 for Olimps/RFS. In 2006, he joined FK Eirobaltija, but in 2007 he returned to the higher-level football, joining FK Rīga. Unable to prove himself there he was signed by Skonto Riga in 2008. He made 2 appearances for the club, being loaned to Olimps/RFS in 2008 and SK Blāzma in 2009. While playing for Olimps/RFS, Meļņičenko managed to score a goal against FK Vindava and all in all played 7 league games. During the loan spell at SK Blāzma he played 10 league matches. In 2010 Meļņičenko was given out on loan to Olimps/RFS yet again. Having played 3 matches for the club, Meļņičenko left for SK Blāzma once again in 2010. Peter Aase
Peter Aase (born 27 March 1995) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Norwegian club Lysekloster IL. Aase made his senior debut for Florø SK in 2010. A Norway youth international, he was bought by larger neighbors Sogndal Fotball in the summer of 2012 and made his Eliteserien debut in September 2012 against Strømsgodset. In 2013 and 2014 he played for Florø, rejoining Sogndal in the summer of 2015 to play the closer of the 2015 1. divisjon. In 2016, he was loaned out to Åsane Fotball in the spring and to Florø in the autumn. The loan continued until the summer of 2017, when the move was made permanent.
