Iris is a Romanian rock band established in February 1977 by Ioan 'Nelu' Dumitrescu (drums), Ion 'Nuțu' Olteanu (lead solo guitar and vocals) and Emil Lechințeanu (bass guitar). They achieved success, followed by tours throughout Romania and recordings for radio broadcast. At the 2006 MTV Romania Music Awards, Iris won the Best Rock Award and were nominated for Best Band and Best Live Act. Bucharest

Piața Constituției (Romanian for "Constitution Square") is one of the largest squares in the centre of Bucharest, Romania. Ion Bazac (born 27 July 1968) is a Romanian physician and politician. A member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), he was the Minister of Health in the Emil Boc cabinet between 2008 and 2009. Traian Băsescu (; born 4 November 1951) is a conservatism, conservative Romanian politician who served as President of Romania from 2004 to 2014.
