Luigi Cevenini (; 13 March 1895 – 23 July 1968) was an Italian football player and coach who played as a forward. Club career Throughout his career, Cevenini played 190 times for Internazionale and scored 186 goals, winning the Italian Prima Divisione title in 1920. International career With the Italy national football team, Cevenini scored 11 goals in 29 matches between 1915 and 1929, winning the 1927–30 Central European International Cup, playing the first 2 matches. He was Italy's captain between 1925 and 1927. Personal life His older brothers Aldo Cevenini and Mario Cevenini and younger brothers Cesare Cevenini and Carlo Cevenini all played football professionally, with Aldo playing 11 games for Italy. Mario Cevenini
is a character created by Japanese video game designer Shigeru Miyamoto. He is the title character of the ''Mario'' franchise and the mascot of Japanese video game company Nintendo. Mario has appeared in over 200 video games since his creation. Adolfo Baloncieri (; 27 July 1897 – 23 July 1986) was an Italian football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Critically regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time, Gianni Brera considered him one of the greatest Italian playmakers ever, alongside the likes of Giuseppe Meazza and Valentino Mazzola. Renzo De Vecchi (; 3 February 1894 – 14 May 1967) was an Italian football player and coach who played as a defender. He competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics with Italy, and is officially the youngest player to have ever played a match for the Italy national side. Regarded as one of Italy's greatest ever players, he was known for his excellent technique, dribbling skills, and his accuracy from penalty kicks, despite being a defender. The 1921–22 Prima Divisione season was won by Pro Vercelli. The CCI Italian Football Championship was formed during the summer of 1921, as a result of a dispute between the ''Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio'' and the main teams. The teams asked for a reduction of the number of participants in the ''First Category''. Vittorio Pozzo, the Italian football coach, developed a plan to accommodate the teams' requests but, after a vote, the plan did not pass: the smaller clubs feared that they would disappear if such a reduction was introduced. This led to the creation of a new Italian football federation, the CCI ('' Italian Football Confederation'', in Italian ''Confederazione Calcistica Italiana''), that organized a championship concurrent with the FIGC championship. The Prima Categoria is a level of football in Italy. It is the seventh level (since 2014–15) in the Italian football league system and is organized by the National Amateur League by the Regional Committees. Each individual league winner within the Prima Categoria level progresses to their closest regional league in the Promozione level. Depending on each league's local rules, a number of teams each year are relegated from each league, to the eighth level of Italian football, the Seconda Categoria. This level of Italian football is completely amateur and is run on a regional level. From 1898–1922, the highest league in Italy was named the Prima Categoria, the predecessor to the later Prima Divisione and current Serie A.
