Lucy Scott (camogie)
Lucy Scott (born 19 January 1971) is a British actress. She is known for playing Charlotte Lucas in the 1995 BBC production ''Pride and Prejudice''. Career Lucy Scott has worked as an actress, in film and television since the early 1990s. She trained at the Central School of Speech & Drama. Her stage credits include ''Emma'' at the Tricycle Theatre, London, as part of a seven-person ensemble cast; ''Search and Destroy'', as Mary, at the New End Theatre in Hampstead, London; and as Nikki in '' Things We Do For Love''. She also appeared in an episode of comedy show ''Modern Toss''. As well as acting, Scott worked as a script supervisor on the first episode of ''Popetown'', called ''The Double''. The Inspector Lynley Mysteries
''The Inspector Lynley Mysteries'' is a British crime drama television series that aired on BBC One from 12 March 2001 to 1 June 2008, consisting of six series and 24 episodes. The protagonist, Detective Inspector Thomas "Tommy" Lynley, 8th Earl of Asherton (Nathaniel Parker), who is assigned to Scotland Yard, finds himself paired with Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers (Sharon Small). In addition to the tensions involved in solving murder cases, the series is built on clashes of personality, gender and class: Lynley is a polished man and a peer of the realm, and Havers is an untidy woman from a working-class background. Tom Brown's Schooldays
''Tom Brown's School Days'' (sometimes written ''Tom Brown's Schooldays'', also published under the titles ''Tom Brown at Rugby'', ''School Days at Rugby'', and ''Tom Brown's School Days at Rugby'') is an 1857 novel by Thomas Hughes. The story is set in the 1830s at Rugby School, an English public school. Hughes attended Rugby School from 1834 to 1842. The novel was originally published as being "by an Old Boy of Rugby", and much of it is based on the author's experiences. Tom Brown is largely based on the author's brother George Hughes. George Arthur, another of the book's main characters, is generally believed to be based on Arthur Penrhyn Stanley (Dean Stanley). The fictional Tom's life also resembles the author's, in that the culminating event of his school career was a cricket match. ''Popetown'' is a French-British adult animated sitcom, billed by its producers as "''Father Ted'' meets ''South Park''". The series was internationally controversial, and was not screened by BBC Three, the channel which commissioned it. Outline The series follows the doodles and scribblings of a student at school during a lesson. His drawings depict the life of Father Nicholas, who lives in a Vatican City parody referred to as "Popetown". He is charged with being the handler for the Pope (who is always referred to by his title, and never given any name) who is a complete nincompoop with the emotional and mental maturity of a four-year-old.
