''I'm Your Boy'' is the third Japanese studio album by South Korean boy band Shinee, released on September 24, 2014, in Japan by Universal Music Japan sublabel EMI Records. The album features three previously released singles, "Boys Meet U (song), Boys Meet U", "3 2 1 (song), 3 2 1" and "Lucky Star (Shinee song), Lucky Star". It sold 45,000 copies during the first week of its release, marking the first time Shinee had reached the number one spot on the weekly chart since their Japanese debut in June 2011. Background and release The album was released in three versions. A limited edition A containing a DVD, a 48-page photo booklet, and a photocard. Shinee ( ; ko, 샤이니, Syaini; ja, シャイニー, Shainī; stylized as SHINee) is a South Korean boy band formed by SM Entertainment in 2008. The group's musical impact in their native country has earned them numerous accolades and the title "Princes of K-pop". The group currently is composed of four members: Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin. Originally a five-piece group, vocalist Jonghyun died in December 2017. Shinee debuted in May 2008 with their first EP, '' Replay'', on SBS' '' Inkigayo'' with their single " Replay". The group gained attention for starting a fashion trend amongst students, which the media dubbed the "Shinee Trend". In August 2008, the group released their first Korean studio album, ''The Shinee World'', which won Newcomer Album of the Year at the 23rd Golden Disc Awards.
