Lucie Malchirand (born 21 February 2003) is a French professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. In 2021 she won the Ladies Italian Open as an 18 year old amateur. Amateur career Malchirand had a successful amateur career and reached number 10 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. She won the Grand Prix de ligue PACA Dames in 2018 and 2020, the International Juniors of Belgium in 2018 and Internationaux de France U21 - Trophee Esmond in 2019. She finished second in the 2020 Junior Orange Bowl in Florida. She was runner-up at the Portuguese International Ladies Amateur Championship in 2019 and won the event in 2021. She represented France at the 2017 Toyota Junior Golf World Cup and at the European Girls' Team Championship three times. She played for Europe in the 2019 Junior Solheim Cup at Gleneagles and was part of the winning Junior Vagliano Trophy team in 2019. 2021 Ladies European Tour
The 2021 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world. The tournaments were sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET). The season was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with many tournaments either being postponed or cancelled. Among the cancellations was the Australian Swing, the tour's season opening. The 2021 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 6–10 July at Royal County Down Golf Club, in Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom It was the 38th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. The 2020 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 9–12 July at Upsala Golf Club, in Uppsala, Sweden. It was the 37th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. Venue The hosting Upsala Golf Club was founded in 1937, the 22nd oldest golf club in Sweden. The course, located in Håmö, 9 kilometres west of the city center of Uppsala, the fourth-largest city in Sweden, was inaugurated in 1965, initially designed by Gregor Paulsson and renovated in 2007–2008 by Canadian golf course architect Robert Kains. The championship course was set up with par 72 over 6,100 yards. Format The 2020 Championship was played in a different season and in a modified format than usual. The European Ladies' Team Championship is a European amateur team golf championship for women organised by the European Golf Association. The inaugural event was held in 1959. It was played in odd-numbered years from 1959 to 2007 and has been played annually since 2008 (with the exception of 2012). Format Currently, the championship is contested by up to 20 teams, each of 6 players. The format consists of two rounds of strokeplay, out of which the five lowest scores from each team's six players will count each day. The total addition of the five lowest scores will constitute the team's score and determine the teams qualified for the last three rounds of matchplay. Ursula Wikström
Ursula Wikström (born 3 July 1980) is a Finnish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. She represented Finland at the 2016 Rio Olympics and won the 2017 Ladies Finnish Open. Career Wikström played college golf with the New Mexico State Aggies and won six college tournaments. She married Mika Wikström, who works for the Finnish Golf Federation, in early 2005 and changed her name from Tuutti to Wikström. Wikström joined the Ladies European Tour in 2004 and has multiple runner-up finishes. In 2008, she finished second at the Finnair Masters behind compatriot Minea Blomqvist.
