Luan Carlos
Luan Carlos Neto (born 21 May 1992), known as Luan Carlos, is a Brazilian football coach, currently the head coach of Goianésia. Career Born in Ipameri, Goiás, Luan Carlos played youth football for hometown side Novo Horizonte, but retired at the age of 15 due to a knee injury. He then turned into coaching, finishing his Physical Education graduation in 2012 before reaching the age of 20 and returning to Novo Horizonte in 2014, as a fitness coach. Luan Carlos was an interim manager of Novo Horizonte for two matches in the 2015 Campeonato Goiano - Segunda Divisão, and was named permanent manager of the side in August 2016, in the place of Wladimir Araújo. On 26 April 2017, he was appointed manager of Grêmio Anápolis, but returned to Novo Horizonte in July. Ipameri
Ipameri is a municipality and Latin Catholic bishopric in southeastern Goiás state, in Brazil. The population was 27,174 (2020) in a total area of 4,368.6 km2. Campeonato Brasileiro Série C
The Campeonato Brasileiro Série C is the third tier of the Brazilian football league system. Unlike the first and second divisions, the Série C is not played in a double round robin system, arguably because many participating teams lack the financial conditions to travel long distances. Thus, the tournament is organized in regional groups and the table prevents teams from distant states from playing each other in the initial rounds. Until 2008, any professional team could apply, but only 64 teams would take part in the tournament. The teams that had been relegated from the Série B in the previous year were joined by teams qualified for each federation state. The 2022 Campeonato Catarinense (officially the Catarinense Fort Atacadista 2022 for sponsorship reasons) was the 97th season of Santa Catarina's top-flight football league organized by FCF. The season began on 22 January and ended on 2 April 2022. Avaí were the defending champions but were eliminated in the quarter-finals. The finals were played between Brusque and Camboriú. Tied 1–1 on aggregate, Brusque won their second title due to having a better performance in the first stage. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D) is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on April 9, 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation.
