''Love Style'' is the debut mini-album by South Korean boy band Boyfriend (band), Boyfriend. The mini-album was released digitally on June 13, 2012. Followed by the release of the physical album on June 14, 2012. Background and promotion On June 7, 2012, Starship Entertainment releases a floral themed comeback teaser image. The picture shows the members who are dressed with floral and pastel toned clothes to match up with their cute and friendly image. The following day, Boyfriend released the album jacket for their mini album "Love Style" through their official Twitter account. This time the image shows a look which was inspired by 'downster hipster' fashion of New York that is contrasting the floral themed image that they first unveiled. Boyfriend (band)
Boyfriend () is a South Korean boy band formed by Starship Entertainment in 2011. They are the first boy group to have twin members. The group consists of Kim Dong-hyun, Shim Hyun-seong, Lee Jeong-min, Jo Young-min, Jo Kwang-min and No Min-woo. They debuted on Mnet's ''M Countdown'' on May 26, 2011 with "Boyfriend". On May 17, 2019, Starship Entertainment announced that Boyfriend disbanded. They reformed on April 30, 2021 and returned with the digital single "Ending Credit" on May 26 for their 10-year anniversary. The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart launched in South Korea by ''Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea on August 25, 2011. The chart was based on digital sales via leading websites, as well as downloads from mobile service sites using an industry-standard formula and the most credible music data sources within South Korea. The chart was first discontinued in 2014, as of the July 16 issue, and reestablished three years later in December 2017—the first new issue published was for the period dated May 29–June 4, 2017. It was discontinued again in April 2022. The final song to reach number-one on the K-pop Hot 100 was "Love Dive" by Ive, on the issue dated April 30.
