Louisburg High School (LHS) is a fully accredited public high school located in Louisburg, Kansas, United States. It is operated by Louisburg USD 416 school district, serving students in grades 9–12. The school colors are purple and white and the school mascot is the Wildcat. Garrett Griffin (born March 4, 1994) is an American football tight end who is a free agent. He played college football at Air Force. Rose Parade Marching Bands
For the Tournament of Roses Parade, top marching bands from all over the world are invited. Many of the nation's top high school marching bands participate, along with college and organizational marching bands. Prior to the parade, most of the bands will participate in one of three "Bandfest" shows at Pasadena City College and at other Southern California venues. The bands participating in the parade have also developed traditions. For example, Pasadena City College's Lancer Marching Band always marches in the Rose Parade, along with high school band and color guard students from all over Southern California, who are selected by audition the previous autumn. The Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) is the organization which oversees interscholastic competition in the U.S. state of Kansas at the high school, high-school level. It oversees both athletic and non-athletic competition, and sponsors championships in several sports and activities.
