Louder (DJ Fresh Song)
"Louder" is a song by British producer DJ Fresh. It features vocals from Welsh singer and former Kosheen frontwoman Sian Evans. The song serves as the theme song for the Lucozade Sport Lite campaign. It was released on 3 July 2011 on Ministry of Sound. "Louder" is considered an important landmark for dubstep music as it was the first of the genre to reach number one on the UK Singles Chart. The song was featured on the soundtrack to Studio Liverpool's ''Wipeout 2048'' and used as the promotional theme for Fox8's reality programme ''Cricket Superstar''. Music video The music video for the song was uploaded to YouTube on 23 May 2011. It was shot by director Ben Newman as part of the Lucozade Sport Lite campaign. Daniel Edward Stein (born 11 April 1977), better known by his stage name DJ Fresh, is an English musician, DJ, record producer, best known for making electronic music. He is one of the principal members of the drum and bass group Bad Company, alongside Darren White (dBridge), Jason Maldini and Michael Wojcicki (Vegas). He also owns and runs the drum and bass label Breakbeat Kaos with Adam F. Doctor P is the stage name of the English dubstep producer and DJ, Shaun Brockhurst (born 9 April 1986). Joshua Steele (born 15 January 1989) better known by his stage name Flux Pavilion, is an English EDM producer, DJ, singer-songwriter and label owner who has been performing since 2008. Drumsound & Bassline Smith are a British electronic music production group, consisting of Andy Wright and Ben Wiggett (the duo known as Drumsound) along with Simon 'Bassline' Smith. They met at one of Derby's club nights in the summer of 1998. Their record label is Technique Recordings, which celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2019. Music career Drumsound were founded in the mid-late 90s in Derby.
