Lotos Team WRC
The Lotos Team WRC is a Polish motor racing team that made its debut in the World Rally Championship at the 2013 Rallye Monte Carlo. Competition history 2013 season The team was formed by Motorsport Italia team manager Bruno di Pianto from the remains of the WRC Team Mini Portugal (which closed at the end of the 2012 season) with the support of Polish oil conglomerate Grupa Lotos. The team was scheduled to contest the 2013 season with a Mini John Cooper Works WRC driven by Polish driver and 2012 Production Car World Championship runner-up Michał Kościuszko. However, the team abandoned the Mini John Cooper Works WRC halfway through the season and withdrew their entry from the Acropolis Rally to focus on changing to the Ford Fiesta RS WRC, making their debut with the new car at the Rally d'Italia in Sardinia. Production World Rally Championship
The FIA Production World Rally Championship, or PWRC, was a companion rally series to the World Rally Championship, contested by Group N rally cars. History The series started in 1987 as ''FIA Cup for Production Rally Drivers'' and obtained the world championship status in 2002. The eligible cars were still Group N modified road cars such as the Subaru Impreza WRX and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Between 2007 and 2009 the PWRC allowed Super 2000 cars alongside regular Group N entries. In 2010 the S2000 cars were moved to a dedicated championship named SWRC (Super 2000 World Championship). With the introduction of Group R cars since 2008, the PWRC was cancelled at the end of 2012 and was replaced by the World Rally Championship-3 open exclusively to 2WD based cars homologated in R1, R2 and R3 classes. The 63rd Neste Oil Rally Finland was the eighth round of the 2013 World Rally Championship season and was held between 31 July and 3 August 2013. The rally is based in Jyväskylä. The rally was also the eighth round of both WRC-2 and WRC-3 championships, and the third round of the JWRC championship. Itinerary The route of the rally features 23 stages with 324.21 kilometres of competitive distance. 2013 Rally Argentina (officially: 33rd Philips Rally Argentina) was the fifth rally in the 2013 World Rally Championship hold between 1 and 4 May. It had 14 special stages totalling 407.64 competitive kilometres. 24 out of 32 racer finished the rally successfully. The event was based in Faro, Portugal, and started on 11 April and was concluded on 14 April after fifteen special stages, totaling 387 competitive kilometres, including a street stage in Lisbon on 12 April. The 2013 Rally Guanajuato México was a motor racing event for rally cars that was held over four days between 7 and 10 March, which marked the 27th running of the Rally México. The rally was based in the town of León, Guanajuato. The rally itself was contested over 23 special stages, covering a total of in competitive stages. The rally was the third round of the 2013 World Rally Championship season, and marked the fortieth anniversary of the World Rally Championship.
