Lorenzo Negrete
Lorenzo Negrete (born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) is a Mexican singer, musician and composer. Negrete is the grandson of Mexican singer and actor Jorge Negrete. He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Mexico City. In Mexico Negrete has appeared as guest on Armando Manzanero's television and radio shows, and since 2008 he has made several guest appearances on Telemundo television shows, including ''Fiesta Broadway 2008'' and ''Concierto a Caballo''. A trained musician and composer, he studied composition at National Autonomous University of Mexico's Music Faculty, and has devoted significant time to various popular music genres such as Bolero, Tango music, Tango, Trova, and Ballad, but mostly on the Ranchera genre. He studied acting at Luis De Tavira's "La Casa del Teatro". He also took a workshop for TV acting at Televisa's Centro de Educación Artística. Pedro Infante
Pedro Infante Cruz (; 18 November 1917 – 15 April 1957) was a Mexican ranchera music singer and actor, whose career spanned the golden age of Mexican cinema. His popularity spread across Latin America. Infante was born in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, and raised in nearby Guamúchil. He died on 15 April 1957 in Mérida, Yucatán, while en route to Mexico City when his plane crashed due to engine failure. From 1939 until his death, Infante acted in over 60 films (30 of them with his brother Ángel) and recorded over 350 songs. Pedro Vargas Mata (San Miguel de Allende, 29 April 1906 – Mexico City, 30 October 1989) was a Mexican tenor and actor, from the golden age of Mexican cinema, participating in more than 70 films. Aventura (band)
Aventura is an American bachata group formed in The Bronx, New York. With the lineup always consisting of the members Romeo Santos, Henry Santos, Lenny Santos (Len Melody), and Max Santos (Max Agende), they are regarded as one of the most influential Latin groups of all time. All of the members are of Dominican descent, although Romeo is also half Puerto Rican on his mother's side. They were the first major bachata act to have originated in the United States instead of the Dominican Republic.
