The mayor of Valenzuela ( fil, Punong Lungsod ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela), a highly urbanized city in northern Metro Manila, Philippines, is the official head and chief executive of Valenzuela. Weslie "Wes" Ting Gatchalian (born August 11, 1980) is a Filipino politician who has served as the 27th mayor of Valenzuela since 2022. Valenzuela's 2nd Congressional District
Valenzuela's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Valenzuela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2001. The district was created following Valenzuela's conversion into a highly-urbanized city through Republic Act No. 8526 on February 14, 1998.
