''LoCash Cowboys'' is the self-titled second album of the American country music duo LoCash, LoCash Cowboys. It was released on June 18, 2013 via Average Joes Entertainment. Critical reception Giving it 4 stars out of 5, Matt Bjorke of Roughstock said that it "is the work of a band that has spent years honing their craft and while a thoroughly modern Country music album". It received a C+ rating from Joseph Hudak of ''Country Weekly'', who said that "these guys believe the musical mayhem they're laying down" and thought that "Independent Trucker" was a highlight, but criticized the lyrics of "Hey Hey Hey" and "Fine". LoCash (stylized as LOCASH), formerly known as LoCash Cowboys, is an American country music duo consisting of vocalists Chris Lucas and Preston Brust. They have released 3 studio albums, one each for Average Joes Entertainment, Reviver Records, and Wheelhouse Records. The duo has charted 3 songs on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs and 13 songs on the Country Airplay chart. Their highest-charting single is " I Know Somebody", which topped the ''Billboard'' Country Airplay chart in 2016. Reese Wynans (born November 28, 1947) is an American keyboard player, who has done session work and has been a member of Double Trouble and progressive rock band Captain Beyond. John David Willis is an American guitarist and songwriter. He is best known for work as a session musician and as a songwriter for television and video games. Stephen Patrick Mackey (born 10 November 1966) is an English musician and record producer best known as the bass guitarist for the alternative rock band Pulp, which he joined in 1989. Patrick "Pat" Jay Buchanan is an American guitarist, known for his work with the band Cameo and as a Nashville-based session musician. Biography Early years Buchanan grew up in Jacksonville, Lake City, and Tallahassee, Florida. His father played bass in jazz bands and his mother is a singer. Buchanan started playing guitar while in second or third grade, and played his first gig while attending fourth grade. In the mid 1980s, Buchanan began recording on radio and television jingles in Atlanta, Georgia. Bruce Bouton is an American guitarist, session musician, producer, and songwriter. His pedal steel guitar has been featured on many country music recordings, and he helped reintroduce the pedal steel guitar to the forefront of the Nashville sound.
