Ljeto U Zlatnoj Dolini
''Summer in the Golden Valley'' ( Bosnian: ''Ljeto u zlatnoj dolini'') is a 2003 Bosnian film by Srđan Vuletić, produced by Ademir Kenović. The movie is about a 16-year-old boy who has to repay his dead father's debt. In order to collect money, his friend and he get involved in Sarajevo's underground crime. Plot At the traditional Muslim funeral service for his father, Fikret Varupa a sixteen-year-old boy from Sarajevo, learns that his father owes money to Hamid, a man he does not even know. The debt is considerable and Hamid does not want it to go to the grave with the body, so the debt automatically passes from the father to the son. Since in Bosnia this way of collecting debts, at a funeral, is considered to be utterly humiliating, it is never, ever applied. Fikret and his entire family become subjects of ridicule. Srđan Vuletić
Srđan Vuletić (born 1971) is a Bosnian filmmaker. Personal life Vuletić was born in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and attended school in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the age of eighteen he enrolled the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, dept. of directing, where he directed three plays: Pirandelo's ''The Naked Life'', Ionesco's ''The Leader'' and Buchner's ''Woyczek'', as well as a number of student films and exercises. The 1992-1995 war in Bosnia interrupted his editing of the documentary ''The Orthodox Church''. In the war he joined a hospital crew as a medical technician, an experience that later inspired his film ''I Burnt Legs''. Also, during the war he produced documentary film about eight Sarajevo artists and the exhibition they held during this period and which was later to become the official Bosnian entry to the 45th Venice Biennale. Marčelo
Marko Šelić (born in 1983), also known as Marčelo, is a Serbian rapper known for his socially conscious lyrics and eclectic approach to musical arrangements through hip-hop music. A Paraćin native, he moved to Belgrade, where he has had great success over the years, and became one of the most prominent Serbian hip hop artists. He has won numerous awards, including two Serbian Oscars of Popularity, two Indexi Awards and an MTV Platinum Award. Career Rise Marčelo started making hip hop music in 1997, though his first significant contributions came out in 1999, with a demo band called Rhyme Animal. Disciplinska Komisija (The Disciplinary Commission) is a Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnian rap (music), rap group. Its most prominent member is Edo Maajka, with other members Frenkie, HZA and Moonja and their DJ/producer DJ Soul. Formation Disciplinska Komisija was formed in 2000. The group started as a project from Edo Maajka, then member of the group "Defence", and DJ Soul, the host of the first Bosnian hip hop show Fmjam. The first half of the members come from the group Odbrana (Defence) and are Edo Maajka, Moonja and a little later HZA. The second half of the members came from the group Dirty Angelz and were Frenkie, Mirnes and Koma. The group hardly ever holds concerts together, as each member has conflicts in their schedules, but all for them actively guest appear on each other's albums and represent their group, DK, and Fmjam.
