Disciplinska Komisija
Disciplinska Komisija (The Disciplinary Commission) is a Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnian rap (music), rap group. Its most prominent member is Edo Maajka, with other members Frenkie, HZA and Moonja and their DJ/producer DJ Soul. Formation Disciplinska Komisija was formed in 2000. The group started as a project from Edo Maajka, then member of the group "Defence", and DJ Soul, the host of the first Bosnian hip hop show Fmjam. The first half of the members come from the group Odbrana (Defence) and are Edo Maajka, Moonja and a little later HZA. The second half of the members came from the group Dirty Angelz and were Frenkie, Mirnes and Koma. The group hardly ever holds concerts together, as each member has conflicts in their schedules, but all for them actively guest appear on each other's albums and represent their group, DK, and Fmjam. Bosnian Hip Hop
Bosnian hip hop is a style of music made in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Although quite a new music style in Bosnia, it has nevertheless proven to be very popular. The hip hop scene has coalesced around several major portals on the internet. The center of hip hop and hip hop culture used to be only Tuzla, primarily thanks to the first radio hip hop show and label called FMJAM and their crew, with the big help of popular rappers Edo Maajka and Frenkie. Edo Maajka
Edin Osmić (born 22 December 1978), better known by his stage name Edo Maajka, is a Bosnian rapper, record producer and songwriter. His popularity brought his group Disciplinska Komisija to the mainstream. He lives in Zagreb, Croatia, with his wife and children. Biography Early life Edin Osmić was born to Bosniak parents Azemina and Fehim, and raised in Brčko (at the time SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia) where he finished elementary school. Frenkie
Adnan Hamidović (born 31 May 1982), better known by his stage name Frenkie, is a Bosnian rapper from Tuzla. The themes present in his music are often concerned with the political situation in Bosnia, as well as traditional hip-hop subject matter such as battle rapping and pop culture. He was one of the pioneers for graffiti and hip hop culture in Bosnia.
