Liza Li
Liza Li (born Liza Wilke on March 30, 1988, in Düsseldorf) is a German singer. Her songtexts deal with the themes of love and violence as experienced by young women. Life According to the biography of her record label Warner she moved out at the age of 14 years and lived at a friend's house and got her first musical experiences in a band. Her first single "''Ich könnte dich erschießen'' (I could shoot you)", as well as the songs on her album ''18'' released in autumn 2006, was written by Thorsten Börger who already wrote songs for Tic Tac Toe and Falco. On November 19, 2007, she said she would work for the channel VIVA as a host. She's doing the shows ''Straßencharts'' and ''VIVY Top 100''. Liza appeared on the front cover of April 2008's issue of German '' Playboy''. Tic Tac Toe (band)
Tic Tac Toe were a German girl group formed in 1995, performing pop-rap music. Their first two albums, ''Tic Tac Toe'' and '' Klappe die 2te'', were million-selling commercial successes and spawned major hits "Ich find' dich scheiße", " Verpiss' dich" and "Warum?". The band found biggest popularity in German speaking countries, the Netherlands and Eastern Europe. Due to numerous scandals and personal issues between the group members, Tic Tac Toe split in 2001. The band had a successful but short-lived comeback in 2005 with the hit single "Spiegel", but ultimately disbanded in 2007. Johann "Hans" Hölzel (; 19 February 1957 – 6 February 1998), better known by his stage name Falco, was an Austrian singer and musician. Viva (TV Station)
VIVA (abbreviation for: translating to "Video Exploitation Facility") was a German free-to-air music television channel, first broadcast on 1 December 1993. The channel was intended to compete against MTV Europe and was the first German-language music TV channel, while MTV was only broadcast in English until the introduction of MTV Germany in 1997. It was also supposed to focus more on German music and pop culture while MTV only broadcast anglophone music by artists mostly from North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. After years of competition for audience share, MTV Networks Europe eventually acquired VIVA on 14 January 2005 after it had outrun its own efforts for better ratings.
