Liyuan Town () is a Towns of China, town situated in northwestern side of Tongzhou District, Beijing, Tongzhou District,Beijing, China. Tongzhou District (, alternate spellings ''Tungchow'' ''Tungchou'' (T'ung-chou), or Tong County during 1914–1997) is a district of Beijing. It is located in southeast Beijing and considered the eastern gateway to the nation's capital. Liyuan Dam
The Liyuan Dam is a concrete-face rock-fill dam on the Jinsha River on the border of Yulong County and Shangri-La County, Yunnan Province, China. The dam has an associated hydroelectric power station with a 2,400 MW power station containing 4 x 600 MW generators. Construction on the river diversion for the dam began in 2008. It began to impound its reservoir in November 2014 and on December 28, 2014 the first generator was commissioned. The second generator was commissioned in July 2015. The dam withholds a reservoir of , of which is active or "useful" storage. The normal reservoir level is above sea level with a minimum of . Liyuan (garden)
Liyuan () or Li Garden is a Chinese garden on the shore of Li Lake. It is named after Fan Li, a senior minister of the state of Yue who retired to his hometown after conquering the state of Wu. One day he went boating on what was then called Wuli Lake with one of the most beautiful women in ancient China named Xi Shi. Afterwards he decided to name the lake after himself, calling it Li Lake.
