Liyuan Town () is a Towns of China, town situated in northwestern side of Tongzhou District, Beijing, Tongzhou District,Beijing, China. It shares border with Yangzhuang Subdistrict, Beijing, Yangzhuang and Jiukeshu Subdistrict, Jiukeshu Subdistricts to the north, Linheli Subdistrict to the northeast, Zhangjiawan, Beijing, Zhangjiawan Town to the east, Wenjing Subdistrict to the south, and Heizhuanghu, Heizhuanghu Township to the west. As of 2020, its total population was 285,445. The town's name Liyuan () came from a pear orchard within the region during the Ming dynasty. Yangzhuang Subdistrict () is a subdistrict located on northwestern side of Tongzhou District, Beijing. List Of Township-level Divisions Of Beijing
This is a list of township-level divisions of the municipality of Beijing, People's Republic of China (PRC). After province, prefecture, and county-level divisions, township-level divisions constitute the formal fourth-level administrative divisions of the PRC. However, as Beijing is a province-level municipality, the prefecture-level divisions are absent and so county-level divisions are at the second level, and township-level divisions are at the third level of administration. People's Commune
The people's commune () was the highest of three administrative levels in rural areas of the People's Republic of China during the period from 1958 to 1983, until they were replaced by townships. Communes, the largest collective units, were divided in turn into production brigades and production teams. The communes had governmental, political, and economic functions during the Cultural Revolution. The people's commune was commonly known for collectivizing living and working practices, especially during the Great Leap Forward. The scale of the commune and its ability to extract income from the rural population enabled commune administrations to invest in large-scale mechanization, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Heizhuanghu Area () is an area and township on the southeastern corner Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. It borders Guanzhuang Township and Beiyuan Subdistrict to the north, Liyuan Town to the east, Taihu Town to the south, Dougezhuang Township to the west. According to the 2020 census, the population of Heizhuanghu township was 49,983. Wenjing Subdistrict () is a subdistrict situated within Tongzhou District, Beijing. It borders Liyuan Town and Linheli Subdistrict to its north, Zhangjiawan Town to its east, Taihu Subdistrict to its south, and Heizhuanghu Township to its west. Zhangjiawan, Beijing
Zhangjiawan Town () is a town situated in the north of Tongzhou District,Beijing, China. It shares border with Linheli Subdistrict and Yongshun Town to the north, Lucheng Town to the northeast, Xiji and Kuoxian Towns to the east, Yujiawu Hui Township and Majuqiao Town to the south, Taihu, Liyuan Towns and Wenjing Subdistrict to the west.
