Live (Danish TV Series)
''Live'' is a Danish television singing competition created by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. The show was created as a successor to ''X Factor'', following Danmarks Radio's decision to cancel the program. The show was picked up by TV 2 in 2019, and the show has been broadcast from there since then. ''Live'', much like other singing competitions, offers a prize to the winner of the show to help boost their career. Currently, the winner of the competition receives 250,000 Danish krones. Overview The show begins with short clips of three songs being played. The audience votes on the two best songs. Once the votes are cast, the judges decide who they want on their team to perform the songs. If the judges choose the same person, the viewers decide which judge gets which candidate. Lina Rafn
Lina Rafn Sørensen (born 12 August 1976), known professionally as Lina Rafn is a Danish female singer, songwriter and producer active in the band Infernal. Additionally, she is a former VJ on the Danish music video channel ''The Voice TV Danmark'', presenting various charts. Lina Rafn was born in Copenhagen, and was a professional dancer from a very early age. She made her professional singing debut in 1997 with the founding of Infernal with Paw Lagermann and Søren Haahr. Infernal's debut single, " Sorti de L'enfer" was an instrumental dance-track. Sanne Salomonsen (born 30 December 1955), is a Danish singer. She has been performing since 1973, and various songs by her band Sneakers were on the charts continuously from 1979 to 1985. X Factor (Danish TV Series)
''X Factor'' is the Danish version of british Tv show ''The X Factor'', created by Simon Cowell. The show premiered on 4 January 2008. For the first eleven seasons, the show was broadcast on DR1 before moving to TV 2 from the twelfth season onwards. There have been fifteen winners to date, most notable are Martin Hoberg Hedegaard (2008), Thomas Ring Petersen (2010), Anthony Jasmin (2014), Place on Earth (2018) & Mads Moldt (2022). The original judging panel consisted of Thomas Blachman, Lina Rafn and Remee. The current panel consists of Blachman and Martin Jensen. TV 2 (''TV to'') is a Danish government-owned broadcast and subscription television station in Denmark based in Odense, Funen. History Since 1949, Danmarks Radio had been the sole provider of television in Denmark.
