Liv Steen
Liv Steen (born December 8, 1956) is a Norwegian actress. Among other venues, she has worked for the Nordland Theater, Hålogaland Theater, and National Theater. Steen has played prominent roles at the National Theater, such as the title role in ''Carmen'' in 1991. Steen had her film debut in '' Wayfarers'' in 1989. She acted in the television series '' Vestavind'' from 1994 to 1995, where she played the role of Monica Ahlsen. Hålogaland Teater
Hålogaland Teater is a regional theatre serving the region of Nord-Norge, the northernmost of Norway. It got its name after the northernmost county in Norway in the Middle Ages Hålogaland. When established in 1971, it was the first regional theatre in Norway and the first professional theatre in Nord-Norge. Many of its productions are staged in the regional Norwegian dialects. Although based in Tromsø in the Arctic Circle, where it occupies a modern purpose-built building, the theatre also tours the surrounding rural areas. The National Theatre in Oslo ( no, Nationaltheatret) is one of Norway's largest and most prominent venues for performance of dramatic arts. ''Vestavind'' (The West Wind) is a local Norwegian newspaper published in Sveio in Hordaland county. The newspaper appears once a week and covers events in the municipality of Sveio. It is published in Nynorsk and is edited by Irene Flatnes Haldin. Gunn Bjørgen is in charge of accounting, finances, and subscriptions. Bernhard Hegglund is the chairman of the company Vestavind AS. Vidkun Quisling
Vidkun Abraham Lauritz Jonssøn Quisling (, ; 18 July 1887 – 24 October 1945) was a Norwegian military officer, politician and Nazi collaborator who nominally headed the government of Norway during the country's occupation by Nazi Germany during World War II. He first came to international prominence as a close collaborator of the explorer Fridtjof Nansen, and through organising humanitarian relief during the Russian famine of 1921 in Povolzhye. He was posted as a Norwegian diplomat to the Soviet Union and for some time also managed British diplomatic affairs there. He returned to Norway in 1929 and served as Minister of Defence in the governments of Peder Kolstad (1931–32) and Jens Hundseid (1932–33) in representing the Farmers' Party. ''Hamsun'' is a 1996 internationally co-produced drama film directed by Jan Troell, about the later life of the Norwegian author Knut Hamsun (Max von Sydow), who, together with his wife Marie Hamsun (Ghita Nørby), went from being a national hero to a traitor after supporting Nazi Germany during their occupation of Norway during World War II.
