Little Bear (film)
Little Bear is a short drama film written by Daire Glynn and directed by both Daire Glynn and Ger Duffy. The film was produced by Felipa Robertson with U2's The Edge featuring as one of the film's Executive Producers. Ivor Noyek designed the artwork for one of the film's promotional posters. The score for the film was written by Irish multi-instrumentalist, Ruairi Lynch (a.k.a. Bantum) Narrative A short story of friendship, love and imagination. Kieran O'Reilly (performer)
Kieran O'Reilly (born 3 September 1979) is an Irish actor, musician and producer. He is also the songwriter and lead vocalist of the Irish alternative rock band, Hail The Ghost. He is best known for his controversial role as Detective Garda Síochána, Garda Ciarán Madden in RTÉ's hit crime drama, ''Love/Hate (TV series), Love/Hate'', and his role as 'White Hair' in the Emmy Award-winning television show, ''Vikings (2013 TV series), Vikings''. The Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) is an annual film festival held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for two weeks in late September and early October. The Edge
David Howell Evans (born 8 August 1961), better known as the Edge or simply Edge,McCormick (2006), pp. 21, 23–24 is an English-born Irish musician, singer, and songwriter. He is best known as the lead guitarist, keyboardist, and backing vocalist of the rock band U2. A member of the group since its inception, he has recorded 14 studio albums with them as well as one solo record. His understated style of guitar playing, a signature of U2's music, is distinguished by chiming timbres, use of rhythmic delay, drone notes, harmonics, and an extensive use of effects units. Ruairí Lynch (born 5 October 1983), known by the stage name Bantum, is an Irish multi-instrumentalist, musician, DJ, producer and composer. Early life Lynch grew up in Cork. He has no formal music training, having studied Business Information Systems in University College Cork. The Chemical Brothers were an early inspiration. Career Lynch began making music in Dublin in 2010. The name "Bantum" originated as a mishearing of the wrestling term "bantamweight." He composed music for the short ''Little Bear'' (2015). The Dublin International Film Festival (DIFF; ) is an annual film festival held in Dublin, Ireland, since 2003. History Dublin International Film Festival was established in 2003. It was revived by Michael Dwyer, international film critic and ''The Irish Times'' Chief Film Correspondent, along with David McLoughlin, film producer.
