Terrorism, in its broadest sense, is the use of criminal violence to provoke a state of terror or fear, mostly with the intention to achieve political or religious aims. 2001 Netanya Bombing
The 2001 Netanya bombing was a suicide bombing which occurred on March 4, 2001, at the center of the business district of Netanya, Israel. Three civilians were killed in the attack and over 60 people were injured. Attack On Sunday, March 4, 2001, shortly before 9:00 am, a Palestinian suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt hidden underneath his clothes detonated the explosive device at a busy intersection in the center of the business district of Netanya, Israel. The force of the blast killed three civilians and injured over 60 people. Netanya
Netanya (also known as Natanya, he, נְתַנְיָה) is a city in the Northern Central District of Israel, and is the capital of the surrounding Sharon plain. A suicide attack is any violent attack, usually entailing the attacker detonating an explosive, where the attacker has accepted their own death as a direct result of the attacking method used. Podujevo Bus Bombing
The Podujevo bus bombing was an attack on a bus carrying Serb civilians near the town of Podujevo in Kosovo on 16 February 2001. The bombing killed twelve Serb civilians who were travelling to Gračanica and injured dozens more. Albanian extremists are suspected of being responsible for the attack.
