List Of Tanzania National Assembly Members 2005–2010
Most members of the Bunge, Tanzania's National Assembly of Tanzania, National Assembly, are elected concurrently by direct popular vote for 5-year terms. Additional members are nominated by the President, and five seats are chosen by the Zanzibar House of Representatives. Further seats are reserved for female members who are selected by their parties. General elections were held in 2005 and 2010 for the Bunge. Mpanda Kati
Mpanda is a city in Katavi Region of Tanzania, East Africa with a postcode number 50100. It is the administrative centre of Katavi Region, Mpanda District and is itself one of the four districts of the region. Mpanda is a "frontier town" in the far west of Tanzania, roughly 500 km north of Mbeya and 380 km south-west of Tabora. It is the administrative headquarters for the Katavi Region, (created by subdivision of the Rukwa Region in 2012), and for the Mpanda District. Matemwe
Matemwe is a village on the north-eastern coast of Unguja, the main island of the Zanzibar Archipelago, between Mwangaseni and Kigomani. Its economy is mostly based on seaweed farming and fishing. The village is the seat of an education project aimed at providing computer literacy to the population of the area, as well as the Dada (in swahili: "sister") cooperative that is intended to create job opportunities for Zanzibari women involving them in the processing and preparation of handmade cosmetics and food products such as jam, mustard and sweets that are sold in Stone Town. There is a charity school in Matemwe, Tamani Foundation, which provides the local students with great education.
