Tabriz
Tabriz ( fa, تبریز ; ) is a city in northwestern Iran, serving as the capital of East Azerbaijan Province. It is the List of largest cities of Iran, sixth-most-populous city in Iran. In the Quri Chay, Quru River valley in Iran's historic Azerbaijan (Iran), Azerbaijan region between long ridges of volcanic cones in the Sahand and Eynali mountains, Tabriz's elevation ranges between above sea level. Armik Dashchi, professionally known as Armik, is an Iranian-Armenian American New Flamenco New flamenco (or ''nuevo flamenco'') or flamenco fusion is a musical genre that was born in Spain, starting in the 1980s. It combines flamenco guitar virtuosity and traditional flamenco music with musical fusion (with genres like jazz, blues, roc ... guitarist, producer and composer. Javad Fakori
Javad Fakoori ( fa, جواد فکوری, 3 January 1936 – 29 September 1981) was a prominent military figure who served as the 4th defence minister of Iran in September 1980 to August 1981. Career Fakoori was a commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force at the rank of colonel. He entered the Iranian Air Force in 1958 as a fighter pilot of the F-100. He later qualified on the F-4 fighter-bomber in 1967. He commanded a flight, squadron, wing and group of F-4 aircraft during the Pahlavi regime. In 1978, he was promoted to colonel and stationed in Tehran as a staff officer. Despite the fact that one of his cousins was a leading member of the MEK and had sought asylum in Sweden in 1980, he had the confidence of Khomeini and Rafsanjani. Parvin E'tesami
Parvin E'tesami (1907 – April 5, 1941) also known as Rakhshandeh Etesami ( fa, رخشنده اعتصامی), and Parvin Etesami ( fa, پروین اعتصامی), was an Iranian 20th-century Persian poet. Life Parvin E'tesami was born in 1907 in Tabriz to parent, Mirza Yussef Etessami Ashtiani (E'tesam-al-Molk). Her paternal grandfather was Mirza Ebrahim Khan Mostawfi Etesam-al-Molk. Her grandfather Mirza Ebrahim Khan Mostawfi Etesam-al-Molk was originally from Ashtiyan, but moved to Tabriz and was appointed financial controller of the province of Azerbaijan by the Qajar administration. E'tesami had four brothers, her mother died in 1973. Her family moved to Tehran early in her life, and in addition to the formal schooling, she obtained a solid understanding of Arabic and classical Persian literature from her father. Hasan Anami Olya ( fa, حسن انعامي عليا; az, Həsən Anami Olya / , ; born 15 March 1967) is an Iranian opera singer. Since 1997, he has been a soloist of the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre in Baku, Azerbaijan. He has performed many concerts both in Azerbaijan and abroad, including Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Bolivia, Ukraine, France, Japan, Germany, and Dubai. Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Behjat Tabrizi ( fa, سید محمدحسین بهجت تبریزی, az, سید محمدحسین بهجت تبریزی) (January 2, 1906 – September 18, 1988), mainly known by his pen name, Shahriar ( fa, شهریار ), was a notable Iranian Azerbaijani poet who wrote in both Azerbaijani and Persian. His most important work, Heydar Babaya Salam is considered to be the pinnacle in Azerbaijani literature which gained great popularity in the Turkic world and was translated to more than 30 languages. Reza Baraheni ( fa, رضا براهنی; 13 December 1935 – 25 March 2022) was an Iranian novelist, poet, critic, and political activist. Baraheni lived in Toronto, Canada, where he used to teach at the Centre for Comparative Literature at the University of Toronto. He was the author of more than fifty books of poetry, fiction, literary theory and criticism, written in Persian and English. His works have been translated into a dozen of languages. Karim Bagheri ( fa, ; born 20 February 1974) is an Iranian professional football coach and former player. He played over half of his professional career for Persepolis in the Persian Gulf Pro League.
